Sitters 4 Kidz is a children’s business-learning and charity project, not a professional childcare business or agency. Athena and her friends are minors. Please read the fine print below, discuss the sitter’s experience, and decide whether the project is suitable for your family before requesting a visit.
What does a babysitting session include?
Our sitters spend time with your children in your home, with games, books, creative activities, and the routines you agree on before the booking. Tell us what you need so we can discuss a suitable sitter and plan.
What ages and how many children can you care for?
Share your children’s ages and the number of children in your request. We confirm each booking based on the sitter’s experience and the care involved. Infant care, additional children, and any specific support needs must be discussed before a booking is accepted.
Who will be our sitter?
Athena leads the club as president, with Aria as vice president, Lexi as treasurer, and Arabella as secretary. We agree on your sitter before confirming the booking. A request does not automatically book all four members.
Can we meet our sitter first?
Absolutely. The first introductory hour is free. It is a chance to get to know your sitter, introduce your children, share your routines, and decide whether it feels like a good fit. There is no obligation to book another session.
How is my reservation confirmed?
Submit an inquiry and the club will contact you by text to discuss availability. A club member will then talk through the plans with your family and confirm the details. Sending this form does not confirm a reservation.
What should we share in the inquiry?
Your town, adult contact details, preferred date and time, the number and ages of children, and general interests. Do not include children’s names, birth dates, schools, home addresses, medical details, or other sensitive identifying information. After reservation confirmation, sensitive care details and emergency contacts will be discussed privately by phone, before the visit.
Can you help with meals, bedtime, or special requests?
Tell us what you have in mind. Simple snacks, bedtime routines, and other tasks must be agreed in advance with your sitter and the coordinator. Transport, swimming supervision, overnight stays, and medication are not included in a standard booking.
How do donations and cancellations work?
Any contribution for a visit goes directly from your family to a charity you choose. The club and its families do not collect or keep service fees. The suggested donation is $20 per hour; the amount is your choice, and no donation is required. No donation is expected for the introductory hour. If your plans change or anyone is unwell, let the club know as soon as possible.
What experience or training do the sitters have?
Get to know your sitter before booking and discuss the experience needed for your family. We do not currently list verified CPR, first-aid, or childcare certifications for the club. Any relevant training can be discussed with the coordinator.

A children's project
Sitters 4 Kidz is a children's business-learning and charity project founded by Athena and her friends. The club members are minors learning teamwork, responsibility, and planning. This is not a professional childcare business or agency. Do not assume adult-level experience, childcare credentials, licensing, or insurance coverage from this website. Discuss the participating member's age, experience, and abilities before deciding whether a visit is suitable for your family.
Your family chooses the charity
Any money your family contributes for a visit must go directly to a charity your family chooses. The club, website owner, and participating families do not collect or keep service fees. The $20 per hour figure is a suggested donation, not a required fee; you choose the amount. No donation is expected for the introductory hour. We do not issue donation receipts or promise tax deductibility.
Agree on the visit before it happens
An adult parent or legal guardian must make the inquiry. An inquiry is not a confirmed reservation. Ask questions and agree on the sitter, activities, timing, and your child's needs with the club before confirming. The participating member's parent or guardian must also approve the visit. Share sensitive care details privately by phone after confirmation and before the visit. Remain reachable and provide an emergency contact and a clear backup plan. You may decline a visit if you are not comfortable.
Understand the risks
Babysitting and play can involve falls, cuts, choking or allergic reactions, illness, property damage, and other injuries or emergencies, including serious harm. Young sitters have limited experience and may not recognize or respond to a problem as an experienced adult would. This list cannot cover every risk. Decide whether the agreed activities and sitter are suitable for your child. Transport, swimming supervision, overnight stays, and medication are not included.
Responsibility and legal rights
The website owner, Athena and the other club members, and their parents and families do not promise an accident-free visit. Acknowledging these terms records your informed choice; it is not a blanket release from responsibility. It does not waive a child's legal rights or excuse negligence, reckless conduct, or intentional harm. Everyone keeps the rights and duties the law does not allow them to give up. Calling this a project or making a donation does not change those responsibilities.
Your acknowledgment
By checking each box and submitting the inquiry, you confirm that you are at least 18 and the child's parent or legal guardian, have read and understand this information, and voluntarily choose to request participation with these risks in mind. Ask any unanswered questions before agreeing; do not submit if you do not understand or agree. We save the version of these terms and the submission time with your inquiry. Either family may cancel or stop a visit if concerns arise.
